Job Description:
We are hiring a Customer Retention Officer for loan recovery and installment collection. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customers, collecting EMI/installments, and maintaining healthy customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers for loan repayment
- Collect EMI/installments on time
- Visit customers for recovery and payment collection
- Maintain customer records and payment updates
- Resolve customer queries related to repayments
- Coordinate with branch team for collection activities
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation preferred
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Experience in loan recovery/collections will be an added advantage
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹13,000/month
- No cap incentive
- Petrol reimbursement
- Health insurance
Requirements:
- Must own a motorcycle
- Good communication skills
- Field work and customer visit experience preferred
