Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Customer Retention Manager (D2C) to join our on-site team in Delhi, India. This role involves planning and executing strategies to enhance customer retention, analyzing customer trends, and improving overall satisfaction. The Customer Retention Manager will manage and improve customer relationships, support customer service teams, identify opportunities for proactive engagement, and contribute to building loyalty and long-term customer advocacy. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Retention and Customer Satisfaction strategies
- Strong Analytical Skills to understand customer behavior and identify trends
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Proven experience in implementing strategies that enhance customer loyalty and brand trust
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in managing D2C customer interactions is a plus
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in CRM tools and data analysis software is an advantage
