Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Mumbai for a Customer Retention Manager. The role entails implementing and managing customer retention strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities include analyzing data to understand customer behavior, developing personalized retention plans, addressing customer concerns, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience to reduce churn. The Customer Retention Manager will play a key role in maintaining long-term relationships with customers and driving business growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Customer Retention and Customer Satisfaction strategies
- Strong Analytical Skills for assessing customer data and trends
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to build and nurture customer relationships effectively
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with CRM tools and customer behavior analytics is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
