Job Description – Lifecycle CRM & Retention Manager
We are looking for a data-driven Lifecycle CRM & Retention Manager to lead customer engagement, retention, and lifecycle automation strategies. This role is critical for driving repeat remittances, improving user activation, and maximizing customer lifetime value through personalized communication campaigns.

🔍 Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Push Notifications.
Build onboarding journeys to improve user activation and KYC completion rates.
Create repeat remittance and re-engagement campaigns to improve retention.
Manage FX rate alert campaigns and personalized customer communication flows.
Develop customer segmentation strategies based on behavior, activity, and transaction patterns.
Implement lifecycle automation workflows to improve engagement and conversion.
Analyze campaign performance, retention metrics, and customer journeys.
Collaborate with product, growth, and support teams to improve user experience and retention.

Hands-on expertise in email marketing, push notifications, SMS, and WhatsApp campaigns.
Analytical mindset with experience tracking campaign performance and user behavior.
Ability to create data-backed retention and engagement strategies.
