About the Role
We are looking for a result-driven Retention Professional responsible for driving customer engagement, repeat purchases, and revenue generation through WhatsApp marketing and other retention channels. The role requires a strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and performance-driven marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue through WhatsApp marketing campaigns (broadcasts, automation, journeys)
- Plan and execute retention campaigns via WhatsApp, Email, and SMS
- Increase repeat purchases and customer lifetime value (CLTV)
- Analyze customer behavior, identify churn risks, and take corrective actions
- Manage CRM tools, customer segmentation, and campaign performance
- Optimize campaign ROI through A/B testing and data analysis • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve conversion and engagement
- Design and implement loyalty and re-engagement programs
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in retention marketing / CRM / lifecycle marketing
- Hands-on experience in WhatsApp marketing tools and automation
- Strong focus on revenue generation and performance marketing
- Experience in D2C / E-commerce industry preferred Go
- od analytical skills with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns
- Strong communication and execution skills
- Experience in beauty, skincare, or personal care industry (Bonus)
