Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Retention Manager to drive customer engagement, satisfaction, and long-term retention for our USA market. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in international EdTech and a strong background in handling retention, customer success, or sales teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective retention strategies to reduce churn and improve customer lifetime value
- Manage and lead a team focused on customer success, retention, and engagement
- Monitor customer journey and identify drop-off points to improve overall experience
- Analyze retention metrics, feedback, and performance data to drive actionable insights
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and support teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
- Build strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
- Train and mentor team members to achieve retention targets
Eligibility Criteria- Mandatory: Experience in International EdTech industry
- Proven experience in Retention / Customer Success / Sales roles
- Prior experience in team handling and leadership
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in night shift (USA market)
- Immediate joiners will be highly preferred
Preferred Skills- Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing retention metrics
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
