🎯 Experience: 2+ Years (Sales / Call Center / Customer Success / Retention)
💵 Budget: Up to 5 LPA + ESOPs + Performance Incentives
💻 Work Schedule: 6 days a week
Roles & Responsibilities
Customer Retention & Reactivation
- Reach out to inactive or dormant app users via calls, WhatsApp, SMS, or other channels
- Understand reasons for inactivity and resolve customer concerns or objections
- Encourage users to reactivate their accounts and start shopping on the app again
- Build strong relationships with existing users and improve repeat engagement
Customer Acquisition & Conversion
- Proactively reach out to potential users and introduce them to the Jumbo app
- Convert leads or referred users into active app users
- Drive first-time purchases or app engagement through persuasive conversations
- Achieve weekly and monthly conversion / activation targets
Customer Insights & Feedback
- Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and outcomes
- Share insights on customer behavior, objections, and improvement opportunities
- Work closely with the product and growth teams to improve the user experience
Skills We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and persuasion skills (Hindi + basic English preferred)
- Experience in sales, telesales, call center, or customer success roles
- Ability to handle objections and convert conversations into actions
- Customer-first mindset with strong relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
- Organized and able to track conversations and outcomes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
