Process: Blended Process – Voice + Email + Chat
Location: Juhinagar, Navi Mumbai
Work Mode: Work from Office
Shift: Day Rotation
Experience: 6 Months+ in Voice/Customer Support preferred
Salary: ₹15,000–₹27,000 CTC
Key Responsibilities Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and chat.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries professionally.
Handle inbound and outbound calls as required.
Requirements Good Verbal And Written Communication Skills.
Good typing and email/chat-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Customer service and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a blended process and day-rotation shifts.
Immediate joiners preferred.
