Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a CRM Retention Executive based in Mumbai. The primary responsibilities include developing and executing customer retention strategies, fostering strong customer relationships, analyzing data to improve customer engagement, and enriching the overall customer experience. The role will involve collaboration with sales teams to devise effective customer outreach and loyalty programs.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, track customer behavior, and improve retention strategies
- Proficiency in Customer Retention and Customer Experience management, with a focus on maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction
- Effective Communication skills for engaging with customers, addressing concerns, and collaborating with internal teams
- Basic understanding of Sales techniques to support customer outreach initiatives
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience with CRM tools and customer engagement platforms is highly desirable
