Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Representative Executive based in Sector 22, IT Park, Panchkula. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving their concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Daily tasks include addressing customer queries via different communication channels, maintaining customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to enhance service. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with various teams to optimize customer support processes and improve overall experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer conversations & support calls
- Run and manage WhatsApp campaigns (Interakt platform)
- Convert leads into customers
- Execute WhatsApp automation & marketing campaigns
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ year experience in telecalling/customer support
- Hands-on experience with Interakt (WhatsApp Business API)
- Strong Hindi & English communication skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with persuasion skills
