Hiring Alert | Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) – Logistics | 1–3 Years Experience
Excited to share that Ekart is looking to onboard a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to strengthen our customer experience and operational coordination.
If you have 1–3 years of experience in the logistics or supply chain industry and enjoy working closely with customers and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery, this could be a great opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain high service levels and ensure smooth day-to-day operational coordination
• Act as the first point of contact for customer queries and support
• Work closely with customers and internal operations teams for seamless execution
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Monitor EDD and shipment milestones with a proactive approach
• Provide timely shipment updates and visibility to customers
• Identify potential issues early and drive quick resolutions
• Manage exceptions and escalations with ownership and accountability
• Support continuous improvement in service quality and customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate reports and tracking through MS Office and Excel
Skills Required
• Strong hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
• Languages: Hindi, English, and Kannada
Experience
• 1–3 years of experience in a logistics / supply chain company
Preference
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Candidates from the logistics industry will be highly preferred
