Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Customer Representative Executive, based in Karnal. The role involves interacting with customers to understand their needs, answer inquiries, and address concerns. The representative will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing service requests, and providing excellent support to enhance the overall customer experience. Additionally, maintaining accurate customer records and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues in a timely manner is crucial.

- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and managing Customer Experience

- Organizational skills for effective record-keeping and task management
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is an asset
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is preferred
