Responsibilities
The Customer Renewals Representative II plays a pivotal role in driving the sustained financial success of UKG by expertly managing standalone Hardware Renewals and all Hardware Reconciliations. This dynamic position involves not only transactional processing of customer renewals but pipeline management for assigned account base. Key precision in service contract quoting, billing and customer entitlements. As a guardian of our revenue and customer retention, this role is tasked with the meticulous, efficient, and timely processing of all Hardware Renewals/Reconciliations, thereby enabling seamless monthly revenue recognition and adherence to invoice schedules. Through their strategic oversight and attention to detail, the Customer Renewal Rep Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- The role's main objective is to retain revenue at the highest rate possible while partnering with customers and internal teams like Customer Success and Sales to ensure their success.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Champion the flawless execution of standalone Hardware renewal contracts, guaranteeing precision and efficiency while strictly adhering to monthly revenue recognition and invoicing timelines, thus safeguarding our financial integrity
- Complete in-depth hardware reconciliations/contract udates to ensure accurate reflection of customers contractual obligations
- Manage contract/product terminations for assigned accounts in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and customer agreements
- Conduct agreement research to support contract interpretation and compliance
- Uphold the integrity of Customer Contracts by ensuring they accurately reflect proper customer entitlements, thereby enhancing client satisfaction and trust
- Manage and negotiate all existing hardware renewal contracts for the assigned territory of customer accounts. This includes executing new renewal contracts for signature by the client and focusing on long-term, multiyear renewals
- Eliminate churn before and at the point of renewal while fostering the success, growth, and expansion of each customer account
- Ensure their customers' success by coordinating internal resources across departments, presenting the best customer experience possible, and solidifying future growth of their accounts
- Maintain renewals pipeline and activity records in corporate CRM (Salesforce.com) to keep track of renewals and provide insights into customer behavior and needs
- Ultimately, the representative's success will be measured by their ability to retain revenue, increase renewal rates, and partner with internal teams to ensure customer success, resulting in the company's continued growth
Basic Qualifications
- At least 1 year of professional work experience in a customer renewal environment
- Excel Expertise: Strong experience in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP and PivotTables
- Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with a high level of interpersonal skills to respond calmly and make rational decisions in stressful situations
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in HR and Payroll application-oriented software and or systems
- Strong analytical skills
