Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Client Relationship Support professional. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction and providing exceptional support for clients, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships. The candidate will collaborate with teams to deliver outstanding service and optimize client experiences while identifying areas for improvement. Analytical tasks such as monitoring customer feedback and trends will also be key components of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a focus on understanding and meeting client needs.
- Proficiency in Customer Support and Communication, with the ability to address inquiries and maintain positive client relations effectively.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills to evaluate customer feedback, identify trends, and suggest actionable insights for improvement.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and adapt to evolving client needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or client support roles is advantageous.
