Role Description
The Customer Relationship Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. The specialist will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and handling customer queries effectively. Key tasks include providing excellent customer support, addressing concerns, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. The role also involves analyzing customer interactions to improve the service experience and acting as a key point of contact between the organization and its candidates.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Experience in Customer Support and the ability to address client concerns with professionalism
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate customer interactions and identify improvement areas
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, on-site environment
- Prior experience in an education or training-related role is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred
