Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Officer at JSW Paints in Nashik. The role involves building and maintaining strong business relationships with clients, assisting in financial transactions and reporting, providing excellent customer service, supporting sales functions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The officer will act as a key point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly to strengthen loyalty and trust.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Relationship Management to build and maintain impactful client connections
- Knowledge of Finance to support financial transactions and reporting
- Strong Communication skills for effective client interaction and clear messaging
- Expertise in Customer Service to assist with inquiries and enhance customer satisfaction
- Experience in Sales to identify customer needs and drive revenue generation
- Ability to work on-site and manage client-facing responsibilities effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Relevant experience in customer relationship management, sales, or client service is a plus
