Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Officer located in Visakhapatnam. The role involves fostering and maintaining strong business relationships with transport partners and load providers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement. Responsibilities include resolving customer and partner inquiries, providing exceptional service, collaborating with internal teams to support client needs, and driving growth through sales and relationship management strategies. The role will also involve financial assessments and performance reporting to enhance customer retention and business development.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and Sales, with demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional networks
- Experience in Customer Service and Communication, showcasing strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge in Finance and the ability to analyze business metrics and support financial decisions
- Effective teamwork, organizational skills, and a results-driven mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with the logistics or transportation industry is a plus
- Proficiency in local languages and cultural understanding of the region is advantageous
