Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Customer Relationship Officer role based in Chandauli. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. Daily responsibilities include addressing customer queries, promoting solutions that enhance customer value, coordinating with internal teams, and providing exceptional customer service. The individual will also be responsible for identifying customer needs, offering relevant services, and supporting the sales and finance teams to drive success.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and the ability to maintain long-term partnerships
- Knowledge of Finance and related processes to assist customers with financial solutions
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills for addressing customer needs effectively
- Proven experience in Sales with the ability to identify opportunities and achieve targets
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Proficiency in regional languages and familiarity with the trucking or logistics industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field is preferred
