Role Description
The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers by understanding their financial needs and offering suitable banking products and services. The officer will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, driving sales of banking products, and supporting the Bank's financial inclusion initiatives. Additionally, the role will require effective communication and collaboration with internal teams to provide a seamless banking experience.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Business Relationship Management and a solid understanding of Finance-related concepts
- Strong abilities in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact with clients and ensure satisfaction
- Experience or aptitude in Sales to promote banking products and achieve business targets
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple customer needs effectively
- Prior 2-3 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry
- Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's Degree
