Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Officer, located in Chennai. The responsibilities include building and managing relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored financial solutions. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues professionally, and assisting with banking products and services, including deposits, loans, and financial transactions. The Officer will actively promote banking products, support customer acquisition, and contribute to customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Strong Business Relationship Management and Finance knowledge
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales with the ability to identify customer needs and align them with bank offerings
- Knowledge of banking products and services
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in local language and basic computer skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field is preferred
