We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager – E-Commerce & Online Sales to join our team and drive meaningful relationships with our digital clientele.
This role sits at the intersection of luxury client experience, digital commerce, and sales. We are looking for someone who can understand customer needs, curate recommendations, build trust, and ultimately convert online conversations into lasting relationships and successful sales.

In this role, you will:
▪ Drive online sales through personalized customer engagement across WhatsApp, email, and phone
▪ Convert website inquiries and abandoned carts into successful purchases
▪ Build and nurture long-term relationships with our online clientele
▪ Create seamless customer journeys from inquiry to order fulfillment
▪ Work extensively with Shopify, BIK, Interakt, and other customer engagement platforms
▪ Analyze customer behaviour, sales performance, and conversion metrics to identify growth opportunities
▪ Collaborate closely with marketing, retail, production, and operations teams to deliver an exceptional luxury experience
We're looking for someone who:
▫ Has 3–7 years of experience in CRM, online sales, e-commerce, luxury retail, or client servicing
▫ Has a proven ability to drive revenue and convert customer interactions into sales
▫ Is proficient in Shopify and customer engagement platforms such as BIK and Interakt
▫ Enjoys working with customer data, reports, and performance metrics
▫ Has exceptional communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills
▫ Understands the nuances of luxury customer service and personalized selling
