About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, empathetic, and highly organized Client Relationship Manager to be the primary point of contact between our clients and legal team.
You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, providing timely case updates, coordinating with advocates, and ensuring every client receives a seamless and professional experience throughout their legal journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Provide timely and accurate case updates.
- Coordinate with advocates regarding case progress.
- Respond to client queries professionally and promptly.
- Track follow-ups, appointments, and client communications.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience in Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, Client Success, Hospitality, Banking, Healthcare, Legal Services, or any client-facing role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
- A proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
Mandatory Requirement
Fluency in both Kannada and English is mandatory.
