Houssed Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team in Andheri West, Azadnagar, Mumbai.
Position: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)
Experience: 3–7 years
Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000/month
Location: Andheri West, Azadnagar, Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding project-related queries, documentation, payments, and possession.
• Maintain regular communication with customers through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings.
• Track booking details, agreements, payment schedules, outstanding payments, and customer documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and other stakeholders to resolve customer concerns.
• Follow up on pending documents, payments, agreements, and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely updates in the CRM/system.
• Ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the property transaction journey.
Requirements
• 3–7 years of experience in CRM, customer relationship management, customer service, or real estate.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Experience in real estate CRM/customer handling will be an advantage.
