Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM), open to qualified Advocates or Law Interns with excellent communication skills. The role focuses on managing client relationships, ensuring effective communication, and coordinating with CA, CS and Advocates for a seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through calls and emails
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and support
- Coordinate and collaborate with professionals like CA, CS and Advocates for smooth service deliveries.
- Provide basic guidance on legal and compliance services to professionals
- Ensure timely follow-ups and high client satisfaction
- Assist in onboarding new clients and managing ongoing cases
Eligibility Criteria
- For Advocates: Enrolled with Bar Council with minimum 1 year of experience
- For Law Interns: Pursuing LL.B./LL.M. with excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Interest in legal services, startups, and client relationship management
- Basic knowledge of company registration, compliance, and IPR is preferred
