Client Relationship Manager (CRM) for Pangea Travel
📍 In-office | Mahim (W), Mumbai
We are a luxury travel company looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Client Relationship Manager to manage the end-to-end client experience from order confirmation to final delivery and payment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships post-sale, ensuring a seamless experience through to payment collection
- Act as the primary point of contact for all client communication, queries, and concerns
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to ensure timelines and expectations are met
- Gather honest client feedback and identify areas for improvement
- Provide accurate information and support regarding products/services
- Handle complaints efficiently and escalate issues when required
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in client servicing, preferably handling HNI clients
- Background with companies such as American Express, concierge services, or similar client-focused roles preferred
- Strong communication skills (spoken and written)
- Polite, professional, and client-first approach
- Highly proactive with strong follow-up discipline
- Ability to understand client needs and respond effectively
- Reliable and responsive—comfortable being available on calls
