This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bilaspur for a Customer Relationship Manager. Responsibilities include building strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries, and providing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring customer feedback, resolving issues promptly, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Managing accounts, identifying opportunities to improve client engagement, and maintaining accurate records of interactions will also be part of your daily responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Customer service expertise and ability to handle inquiries or complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Proficient in organizational and time management skills to manage multiple client accounts effectively
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address client issues and enhance satisfaction
- Experience in using CRM software and proficiency in relevant technology tools
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle challenging situations
- Prior experience in real estate or a related customer-facing role is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
