Position: Customer Relationship Manager
Experience: 5+ yrs.
Location: Mohali, Punjab
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned ERP clients
- Build long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and loyalty
- Coordinate with implementation, technical, and support teams to resolve client issues
- Monitor customer health, usage patterns, and satisfaction levels
- Conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and feedback sessions with clients
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional ERP modules or services
- Ensure timely renewal of contracts and subscriptions
- Handle escalations and provide prompt resolutions
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems
- Provide product training or coordinate training sessions when required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field
- Proven experience in customer relationship management, account management, or client servicing (preferably in ERP/IT industry)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving mindset with customer-first approach
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
