Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Manager based in Noida. The role involves managing customer relationships, understanding and addressing client needs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and facilitating efficient communication. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining records of client interactions, resolving issues, identifying opportunities for improvements in service, and contributing to long-term client retention strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage customer relationships and address concerns
- Proficiency in client account management, CRM tools, and maintaining detailed documentation
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to handle client issues promptly and efficiently
- Ability to analyze customer feedback and identify areas for service enhancement
- Experience in the automobile, electrical, or electronic industries is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
