Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Manager, based in Nagpur. The Customer Relationship Manager will nurture and maintain strong relationships with clients, address customer inquiries, and provide solutions to enhance satisfaction. This role involves supporting business growth, identifying customer needs, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring excellent service and client retention. Additionally, the role requires monitoring client feedback to improve offerings and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and issues.
- Maintain accurate customer records and interaction details in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, and support) to deliver excellent service.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with management to improve services.
- Prepare periodic reports on customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in customer relationship management, client servicing, or account management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
Preferred Skills- Experience in B2B / service industry /Pharma industry
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
