Homzinterio is looking for a customer relations manager for its branch in Bengaluru. If solving clients problem and taking it up heads on as your own, bringing smile to every client is part of your personality then we would like to welcome you to Homzinterio family !
Prerequisites:
1. Minimum of 2 years of work experience after graduation in managing client relationship including updates, payment reminders, meeting fixtures and escalation management
2. Good knowledge on Microsoft excel, power point presentations and CRM software’s
3. Fluent in English and any one regional laungage preferably Kannada/Hindi.
4. Office administration experience is desired
Job Description:
1. Manage complete Client life cycle from studio visit to delivery
2. schedule interior designers calendar, fixing site visits and client meetings
3. Manage customer query and timely reaponse with a solution
4. Manage receiption and office administration
5. payment collection reminders and follow-up with clients for stage based collections
