Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Manager based in Jaipur. The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring consistent satisfaction. The role involves overseeing client communications, addressing inquiries and concerns, coordinating with internal teams to deliver superior service, and identifying opportunities to enhance the guest experience. The candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer loyalty and fostering long-lasting relationships with our guests.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Proficiency in customer service strategies, conflict resolution, and client engagement
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client accounts efficiently
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address customer concerns effectively
- Proficiency in CRM software and general computer literacy
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in hospitality, client relations, or related fields is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred
