Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dodda Ballapur for a Customer Relationship Manager. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating with different departments to address client queries, resolving issues in a timely manner, and providing regular updates to clients. The Customer Relationship Manager is also expected to identify opportunities for growth, gather customer feedback, and support the improvement of products and services.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Experience in customer service, account management, or client engagement
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to address client concerns effectively
- Collaboration and coordination abilities with internal teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to provide actionable insights
- Familiarity with CRM tools and systems is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proactive and customer-focused mindset with excellent follow-up capabilities
