Job Summary:
Ganpati Homez is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage showroom customer interactions, ensure excellent service experience, and build long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between customers, sales team, and operations to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and attend showroom walk-in customers professionally
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with sales/design team
Maintain regular follow-up with leads and existing clients
Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related concerns effectively
Maintain CRM database and update customer interaction records
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and positive feedback
Support sales team in achieving conversion and retention targets
Build long-term relationships for repeat and referral business
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
2–5 years of experience in customer relationship management / showroom handling
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable personality with professional attitude
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
Experience in interior, furniture, real estate, or modular kitchen industry preferred
Salary:
₹2,00,000 – ₹4,00,000 per annum (Based on experience & performance)
