🎯 Role Overview
Own key customer relationships from inquiry to delivery while ensuring exceptional service, operational coordination, and business growth. You’ll act as the bridge between customers and internal teams to deliver packaging solutions that meet quality, timeline, and commercial expectations.
💼 What You’ll Own
🤝 Client Relationship Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts
• Build long-term partnerships and strengthen client engagement
• Manage customer expectations and ensure seamless communication
📦 Packaging Solution Coordination
• Understand customer packaging requirements and business needs
• Collaborate with design, production, quality, and logistics teams
• Translate customer requirements into actionable internal briefs
📋 Account & Project Management
• Manage multiple customer accounts and ongoing projects
• Ensure timely execution and delivery of commitments
• Maintain service quality throughout the customer lifecycle
📈 Business Growth & Account Development
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling packaging solutions
• Support account expansion and revenue growth initiatives
• Monitor account performance and customer engagement metrics
📝 Proposal & Customer Support Management
• Prepare and present proposals tailored to customer requirements
• Address customer concerns and manage service escalations
• Drive customer satisfaction and retention initiatives
📊 CRM & Performance Tracking
• Maintain accurate customer records and account information
• Utilize CRM tools for account management and reporting
• Track customer performance and generate actionable insights

✔ Experience in Customer Relationship Management, Account Management, or Client Servici
