Salary: ₹15,000+ per month

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)
Job Overview
We are hiring a CRM Executive for our client in Kozhikode. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer relationship management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain strong relationships with customers while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain customer relationships through regular communication.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups in a timely manner.
- Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service.
- Track customer interactions and prepare regular reports.
- Assist in lead management and customer retention activities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and professional support.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a CRM, Customer Support, or Customer Relationship role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
