Location: Medchal, Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer visits at Site and resolve queries with a customer-first approach.
- Lead the end-to-end villa handover process ensuring zero customer friction and a seamless experience.
- Manage post-booking customer relationships until possession/delivery stage.
- Manage demand generation aligned with construction progress.
- Ensure timely collection of dues/payments from customers.
- Handle cheque validation, sales order generation, and coordination with finance teams.
- Support customers in bank loan processing and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Construction, MEP, Legal, Finance, and Facilities to ensure smooth project execution and customer readiness.
- Address concerns related to cancellations, transfers, registration, and documentation.
- Resolve customer issues via calls/emails and maintain proper follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate customer ledgers and documentation records.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through consistent service quality and proactive engagement.
- Maintain and update MIS reports regularly with accurate data.
- Prepare final work reports and dashboards for management review.
Key Skills & Competencies:
· Strong customer relationship management and interpersonal skills
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
· Languages: Hindi, English & Telugu.
· Good knowledge of real estate processes (booking, registration, possession)
· Ability to coordinate with multiple departments
· Proficiency in MIS reporting and data management
· High level of attention to detail and process orientation
Preferred Candidate Profile:
· MBA with 1–2 years of experience in real estate CRM / post-sales
· Experience in handling villa/apartment handovers
· Strong exposure to customer lifecycle management and collections
· Ability to handle customer interaction with professionalism
