Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Team Lead. The CRM Team Lead will oversee and manage team operations while developing strategies to enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing customer data, managing a team, implementing customer service strategies, and driving sales efforts to meet organizational goals.

- Strong Analytical and Data Interpretation Skills for effective decision-making and customer insights
- Proven Team Leadership and Team Management capabilities to guide and motivate teams
- Excellent Customer Service skills to foster positive customer experiences and relationships
- Proficiency in Sales strategies with an ability to drive customer acquisition and retention
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- CRM and Handled CRM Team
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience in customer relationship management or a similar role is an advantage
