Role Description
As the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Team Lead, you will oversee the CRM team to enhance our client relationships and drive engagement. This full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram involves supervising customer service operations, managing team performance, analyzing customer data, and implementing effective sales strategies. You will ensure optimal customer satisfaction, guide and mentor team members, and support the growth of the clinic through effective relationship management.

- Exceptional Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
- Proficiency in Sales techniques to support revenue growth

- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Prior experience in the beauty, dermatology, or wellness industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or a related field
