Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Sr. Executive based in Surat. Responsibilities include managing and improving customer relationships and experience, implementing effective customer retention strategies, and supporting sales initiatives. The role involves analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for enhanced service delivery while ensuring customer satisfaction remains a top priority. It also includes handling of online leads and monitoring of all eCommerce platforms of company.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for identifying customer trends and improving service quality
- Experience in Customer Retention and delivering outstanding Customer Experience
- Excellent Communication skills for building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Experience in Sales and supporting revenue growth initiatives
- Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in customer relationship management or similar roles is an advantage
EXPERIENCE
- 4–8 years of experience in CRM, customer lifecycle management, or retention marketing
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, FMCG, or e-commerce industry preferred
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
