Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist Intern. The intern will assist in managing customer interactions and relationships, collaborate with clients to resolve disputes, and provide insights to enhance client satisfaction. Responsibilities also include analyzing customer data, maintaining CRM records, supporting sales initiatives, and assisting in project coordination with various internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and experience in managing customer-related data
- Strong Communication and Sales skills to build and maintain effective client relationships
- Analytical Skills to assess customer needs, resolve challenges, and improve processes
- Basic knowledge or experience in Project Management to support internal and external collaborative efforts
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Communication, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience or interest in addressing buyer-builder relationships and conflict resolution is a plus
