Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist with a focus on the direct-to-consumer (D2C) sector within the FMCG industry. The position is based in Delhi, India. The role involves managing customer relationships by handling communications and interactions, analyzing customer data, supporting sales efforts, developing strategies to improve customer experience, and collaborating with internal departments to ensure successful project implementation. The specialist will play a pivotal role in strengthening customer loyalty and driving business growth.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform decisions
  • Exceptional communication skills for fostering customer engagement and collaboration with teams
  • Experience in sales and customer relationship management (CRM)
  • Project management capabilities, including organization and coordination expertise
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and software solutions
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
  • Prior experience in D2C and/or the FMCG industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
