Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Customer Relationship Management Specialist to manage and enhance customer relationships at our on-site location in Pune Division. In this role, you will coordinate customer interactions, analyze data to improve engagement strategies, and ensure customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution. You will develop and implement CRM campaigns, collaborate with sales and marketing teams, and track customer performance metrics to maintain loyalty and drive growth.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and strategies
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interactions
- Knowledge of sales techniques and ability to support sales initiatives
- Project management skills to oversee CRM-related campaigns and track outcomes
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail for customer-focused solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in customer relationship management is a plus
