Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist. The CRM Specialist will be responsible for managing and improving customer relationships, implementing effective CRM strategies, analyzing customer data, and driving sales growth via personalized communication. The role will also involve working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing CRM tools efficiently for maintaining and expanding customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and familiarity with CRM tools
- Excellent Communication skills with a focus on fostering customer relationships
- Well-spoken English & Hindi language
- Understanding of Sales processes and experience in achieving business growth targets
- Understanding of Fine Jewellery & Lan-grown diamonds
- Analytical Skills to evaluate data and formulate strategies for developing customer engagement
- Project Management skills to manage and execute multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools to manage CRM processes
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Experience in the jewellery or retail industry is an advantage
