Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist. Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales
- Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting data trends and customer insights
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging with clients and internal teams
- Experience with Project Management to execute customer-focused initiatives
- Ability to adapt, stay organized, and manage multiple projects efficiently
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in retail or a heritage-focused industry is a plus
