Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist located in Jaipur. The CRM Specialist will manage and enhance customer relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and support sales and project management initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing customer data, developing strategies to enhance client retention, collaborating with sales teams to meet targets, and implementing CRM tools to optimize customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales skills
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate customer data and trends
- Experience in Project Management to coordinate and implement CRM-related strategies
- Familiarity with CRM software and tools is a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
