Position Objective
To take complete ownership of every confirmed order and ensure smooth execution from client approval to final closure without errors, delays, or financial risk. The CRM Executive will act as the central coordination link between Sales, Admin, Production (Gurgaon), Dispatch, Site Supervisors, Installation Teams, Service Team, and MD.
Key Responsibilities
1. Order Verification & Measurement Management
Receive client-signed final quotation from Sales.
Coordinate with Site Supervisor for production measurements.
Ensure finalization of:
Profile colour
Openings
Hardware specifications
Send finalized measurements to Production Sheet Group.
Cross-check quotation with production sheet for accuracy.
Ensure required signatures from CRM, Supervisor, Client & Admin.
2. Payment & Production Control
Verify minimum 50% advance payment before production release.
Approve and release final production sheet for manufacturing.
Coordinate closely with Production Team (Gurgaon) for material updates.
Share weekly material status with Sales every Wednesday.
Keep Admin and clients informed about order timelines.
3. Vendor Coordination
Obtain Proforma Invoices for glass and pleated mesh.
Secure MD approval and maintain signed documentation.
Monitor procurement timelines and vendor dispatch status.
4. Dispatch & Installation Planning
Plan dispatch in coordination with Production & Logistics.
Inform Admin 4 days prior to dispatch for payment recovery.
Confirm site readiness before dispatch approval.
Schedule installation teams as per dispatch and site status.
Coordinate glass delivery aligned with installation timelines.
Conduct site quality checks.
5. Handover & Documentation
Ensure proper client handover after installation completion.
Arrange issuance of:
Warranty Certificates
Tax Invoices (after MD approval)
6. Complaint & Service Management
Record and track all customer complaints.
Coordinate with Installation & Service teams for resolution.
Ensure timely service closure.
Delay in service resolution may attract internal penalty as per company policy.
Skills Required
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
High attention to detail
Excellent communication abilities
Process-oriented and disciplined
Basic technical knowledge of aluminum / uPVC systems preferred
MS Excel & reporting skills mandatory
Eligibility
Graduate (Operations / Business )
2–5 years experience in construction / manufacturing preferred
