Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist to join our on-site team in Noida. The role involves managing and nurturing client relationships, developing strategies for effective customer communication, and ensuring client satisfaction. The CRM Specialist will also analyze customer data, provide actionable insights, and coordinate with various teams to improve customer experiences and drive sales performance. Additionally, effective project management and collaboration with internal stakeholders will be key to the role’s success.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with clients and internal teams
- Proven experience in sales and customer relationship management (CRM) practices
- Proficiency in project management to coordinate multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to make decisions, solve problems, and adapt to dynamic work environments
- Familiarity with CRM software and tools is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the real estate industry will be a plus
