Role Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Relationship Management Specialist to join our team in Mandla. This is a full-time, on-site position where the specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, analyzing customer data, enhancing sales strategies, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves working collaboratively with multiple departments to improve customer experiences and administering CRM system updates and optimizations.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales skills to foster and maintain effective client engagements
- Excellent Communication skills including active listening, verbal, and written communication
- Proficient Analytical Skills to assess data, trends, and customer insights for driving informed decisions
- Experience in Project Management to oversee and implement customer-focused initiatives effectively
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in similar roles or industries is an added advantage
