Role: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist (Internship → Full-Time Opportunity)This is a 6-month internship program for the role of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist at MecSpot, based in Singarayakonda (Hybrid work model) with flexibility for partial remote work.
The selected candidate will gain hands-on experience in managing customer relationships, working with CRM systems, supporting sales operations, and contributing to customer success strategies.
Upon successful completion of the internship, high-performing candidates will be considered for a full-time role, with CTC discussed directly based on individual performance and contribution.
Key Responsibilities- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners
- Use CRM tools to track interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate customer data
- Support sales initiatives by coordinating with prospects and existing clients
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, improve engagement, and drive decision-making
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and support
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, marketing) to align on customer needs
- Assist in planning and executing customer-centric projects and campaigns
- Handle client queries, feedback, and issue resolution effectively
Qualifications & Skills Required- Strong understanding of Customer Relationship Management concepts
- Basic to intermediate experience or knowledge in Sales and customer handling
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good analytical thinking and ability to interpret customer data
- Basic project management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools (such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- Interest or exposure to spare parts, automotive, or logistics industry is an added advantage
Internship Details & Policies- Duration: 6 Months (Mandatory Internship Period)
- Mode: Hybrid (Singarayakonda + Remote Flexibility)
- Working Days: 5–6 days per week (depending on business requirements)
- Stipend: [Optional – Add if applicable]
- Performance Evaluation: Monthly reviews based on communication, consistency, customer handling, and problem-solving
Conversion to Full-Time Role- Candidates will undergo a final performance review at the end of 6 months
- High-performing interns will be offered a full-time position at MecSpot
- CTC (Compensation) will be discussed directly with the candidate, based on:
- Overall performance during internship
- Customer management skills
- Contribution to sales and business growth
Additional Policies- Interns are expected to maintain professionalism and strong communication standards
- Timely updates and accurate CRM data management are mandatory
- Candidates must be proactive in resolving customer issues and improving experience
- Adaptability to a fast-paced startup environment is essential
