Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and client-oriented CRM Executive who will be responsible for managing client relationships through regular communication and on-site visits. The role requires ensuring client satisfaction, understanding their needs, and coordinating with internal teams for smooth service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit clients regularly to maintain and strengthen relationships
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Understand client requirements and communicate them to internal teams
- Ensure timely execution of services and resolve client queries/issues
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM systems
- Follow up with clients to gather feedback and improve service quality
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, marketing, tech) for project updates
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services
- Prepare and submit regular client status reports .
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good coordination and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel for client visits
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and client handling
- Time management and organizational skills
- Customer-centric approach.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in digital marketing or service-based industry is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple clients efficiently.
